On Saturday, May 7th 2022, Brighter Tomorrows teamed up with the Master Gardeners of Olmsted County to host a planting event for our families. Children were invited to plant flowers for their mothers, make a craft and listen to a story while learning about plants. The event was held at Garten Marketplatz in Byron. Art supplies, pots and volunteers were provided by the Master Gardeners. Plants were donated by Sargents Nursery and Lowes. Volunteers were also able to plant extra pots which were delivered to bereaved mothers in the area on Mother’s Day. Click HERE  to learn more about this event from KTTC.
