May 3rd Family Gathering

Each month Brighter Tomorrows families gather to share a meal, conversation and support from the comfort of their home via Zoom with other Brighter Tomorrows families. Our next gathering is Tuesday, May 3rd from 6pm-7:30pm. This month we are excited to have a guest speaker joining us.  Dr. Brenda Schiltz is a pediatric critical care and pediatric palliative medicine physician at Mayo Clinic. Prior to coming to Mayo in 2011, she completed training at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin while also obtaining a masters’ degree in biomedical ethics. She is here to discuss the impact of the ICU experience on children and families, referred to as post-ICU syndrome.
